Statement
I like working with found objects, film and images. My work is an analysis into What is left behind, what is hidden, and what is taken for granted. This can vary from garbage as we term it but objects that used to be functional but have lost value, to spaces and natural phenomena. Jane bennet’s vibrant matter describes these findings as chance encounters with such objects and talks about relations of matter with each other and the perceiver. In busy modern, highly funtioning manufacturing and technological society, I explore the life of such objects and their relations with us. With my work I want people to pause, and notice the unnoticed while asking Questions about value and systems. Things that I feel our abandoned, I like to give them a stage for thought.
