Run of the mill

This piece is close to my heart as it took a year to make. I enjoy the Asian culture so I took my self back in time to a place when everything was natural and simple. I wanted to make a painting which was not seen in just one glance but rather a stare. I wanted to make a story or rather stories but without the words. I know someone would be very lucky to have such a detailed painting.
However this piece is on a rectangular canvas so I could not fit it all in one shot. This piece took a whole year to make.
